We keep the team small on purpose. Clients work directly with the developers, and the delivery team is selected for the scope of each project. No account managers in between — just the people doing the work.

How we started
From one project to a team.
It began with one real project — an internal employee-tracking system for a physical security services company.
As the work expanded, we brought in trusted developers through a close professional network.
Two full-time developers, plus part-time and contract developers by project. Clients work directly with the people who build.
